  1. Choosing Data Entry Preferences from the Entry menu opens a dialog box that allows you to set various options that make it easier to enter addresses.  Here are some of the things you can do:

  3. •  specify field values to be carried over from the
  4.     last entry to the next new entry
  5.  
  6. •  specify automatic capitalization for a field
  7.  
  8. •  specify automatic text expansion for a field
  9.  
  10. •  change the sequence of fields the cursor
  11.     moves to when you press Tab
  12.  
  13. The preferences you enter are stored with the current document; your Address Book Plus documents can all have different data entry preferences.
